Last night Character Counts! in Chaves County honored four emergency responders for their work in our community. As promised, here are more photos of the event.
The mission of Character Counts! is: It’s time to encourage ethics among adults and businesses; time to recognize and reward individuals whose lives are examples of good character and ethical behavior.
The officers and firefighter that were honored are:
- Agent Buddy Haider – New Mexico State Police
- Officer Jorge Arroyo-Jaime – Roswell Police Department
- Fire Fighter William Schwalm – Roswell Fire Department
- Deputy Dallas McDaniel – Chaves County Sheriff’s Office
